Shipping Policy & Returns

  • Generally, goods ordered before 1pm will be shipped on the same day (Mon-Fri)
  • All Surfboards / Bodyboards / Skateboards / Bellyboards will go out on a Parcel force 48 express (2 working days).
  • All Kayaks, Boards over 9ft we use DX Freight (overnight) 1-2 working days.
  • All Wetsuits will go out on a next day delivery with parcel force 24 express.
  • All Small goods within the UK are sent via Royal Mail TRACKED for service (2 days)
  • After dispatch, we will send you a tracking code to enable you to fully track your package.
  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9-5pm.  (Sometimes our couriers deliver on weekends).
  • Orders made after 2pm are normally dispatched the following day.
  • For International Delivery we always send our goods via DHL (Tracking door 2 door) We ship hassle Free & deduct UK 20% VAT. We also ship to the Channel isles & remove Tax ( see check out for rates). DHL will work out the tax for the country and bill via email. , making it a very easy and hassle free transaction.
  • Deliveries on National Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not available.
  • Orders processed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday).
  • Please note some areas like Outer Hebrides / N Ireland & highlands please add an extra day for shipping.
  • Click & Collect: If you prefer you can collect from our unit (please leave a note on your order).
  • Shipping: We ship to the UK, N Ireland, Highlands at UK mainland Prices . For international please see our overseas shipping rates at the checkout.
  • In the event of extreme weather condition or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving the next working day. However, we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.
  • In the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange to either dispatch the goods as soon as possible, provide an alternative item, or refund the item as appropriate.

RETURNS


You have  (30 days )  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase/print out, please.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Hot Surf 69 Returns , Unit 4 Station Rd Industrial Estate , Perranporth TR6 0LH . If you need helping with shipping bigger items the returns team can help and deduct the shipping off the refund.
